Neuroimaging services
We provide advanced PET data-analysis services for both academic and commercial clients, and are currently expanding our services to include fMRI/MRI.
We specialize in data-dependent optimization of neuroimage processing pipelines to maximize the value of each subject's raw data, e.g., maximizing detection of drug effects in small groups.
What is a neuroimage processing pipeline?
This is the combination of preprocessing steps and data analysis stages as shown for PET in the diagram below, and for fMRI/MRI in Dr. Strother's recent paper in IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Magazine (Strother et al., 2006).
Why should you consider our services?
There is growing evidence that functional neuroimaging data sets are typically processed suboptimally, and that more "bang for the buck" can be obtained by optimal processing. We are academic leaders in this research area - see our list of publications.

What unique tools do we use?
Our approach is based on data resampling and state-of-the-art, multivariate data analysis techniques (Kustra & Strother, 2001; Strother et al., 2002, 2004; Lukic et al., 2007), together with standard voxel-based, general linear model approaches
