Research & development

IRis (TM) is an imaging device that uses a proprietary infrared imaging technology to evaluate the iris, which is the pigmented structure at the anterior of the eye. The technique behind IRis has been shown in clinical studies to detect pigment dispersion syndrome, iridociliary cysts, and other diseases of the iris non-invasively. This product is under development at Predictek, with funding from the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health.

pipelineMAX (TM) is a neuroimaging data analysis software package under development at Predictek. pipelineMAX (TM) performs automated optimized analyses of PET or fMRI images in a distributed computing environment at Predictek. pipelineMAX features state-of-the-art machine learning models, as well as more-traditional general linear model (GLM) analyses. In pipelineMAX (TM), pipelines can be rapidly assembled from modular components, and pipeline flowcharts are generated automatically. Development of pipelineMAX (TM) has been supported by funding from the National Institute of Mental Health of the National Institutes of Health.
